When we decided to take this step, above all we had one thing in mind: to increase satisfaction in the purchasing experience for our customers. And so, after an intense journey, the new MES software, Manufacturing Execution System, is finally operational for the complete and digital management of all our production departments. This investment allows us to increase organizational efficiency, the diffusion of the culture of data, and to equip ourselves with full control of the flow of materials and operations for each individual order with the ultimate goal of constantly improving our customer service. A round of applause and thanks to all our collaborators and suppliers who have worked hard to shape and optimize it. Everything can be improved, so the journey will still be long, but the path is marked.
